For the last four years I've been the person keeping TD Bank engineering teams unblocked, focused, and shipping — inside one of Canada's most regulated environments. Now I'm stepping fully into the product seat as a SAFe 6 AI-Empowered Product Owner / Product Manager.
Philosophy
Great products come from teams that trust each other and stay close to real user problems. My job as a Scrum Master was to protect that. My job as a PM is to point it in the right direction.
I lean data-first — Jira, Power BI, and Tableau are how I keep the loop tight between hypothesis and outcome. I write things down, default to the smallest experiment that can prove or kill an idea, and I take backlog health as seriously as feature launches.
Experience
Led end-to-end delivery for the Enterprise Shopping / Buying Solution Train across the Public Site & Tools stream. Governed Agile / SAFe for 2 engineering teams, partnered with RTE and Product Owners on PI objectives, and delivered the Bill C-64 Privacy Risk Mitigation program including enterprise OneTrust rollout.
Coordinated home-automation projects end-to-end: scheduling, remote team management, client status reporting, MS Project schedules, and stakeholder communication across suppliers and partners.
Education
Statistics, data preparation, SAS programming, and Tableau visualization. Led team case studies and a Kaggle-based analytics project.
System life cycle, project leadership, tools, UML, and Canadian project-management practice. First prize in the Dean's collaboration event.
